If you're planning to graduate soon, please review the Registrar's page for a review of steps towards graduation and to learn more about the application process.

Application Deadlines

Fall: Apply by mid-February

Spring Graduates: Apply by mid-October

Summer Graduates: Apply by mid-April

If you miss a deadline, email Amanda (laskowskia1@nku.edu)-- be aware there will likely be an increased registrar fee.

• Submit an Application for Undergraduate Degree Candidacy & Pay the Graduation Fee. You can pay online via myNKU (it will automatically be added to your account if you'd like) or in person in the Student Account Services Office, AC 235. This fee is pro-rated. The earlier you apply for graduation, the lower the fee on your myNKU account. Step by step instructions to apply in MyNKU are here: http://bit.ly/NKUGradApp

• Program Certification Form. Once you've applied for graduation, your BAIS advisor Amanda will submit this (PACE students should contact Sara Conwell once they've applied). She will confirm with you once it's submitted, but nothing is finalized until the registrar reviews it (this can take several months after you apply).

• Complete the senior survey. You will receive an email with instructions. There are two surveys. One is offered by NKU. Another will come from the Integrative Studies program.
