Rev 1.3

Putting the final touches on rev 1.3 for mVrdo (the Maemo version). vRdo is coming to life on its own. I started out to build what the project definition says I can build but the very times that we live in opens up so many new possibilities. The Main Window has not changed that much.

The 3 lock icons are from rev 1.2 where I added a mechanism to facilitate searching. Videos still play on the ..... radio.

and President Obama has no problems going a second term here. The main difference is only hinted at in the System Menu.

This has gone up from a 6 button menu to a 10 button menu. The extra functionality makes vRdo more than just a internet Radio or TV. It makes it different from those apps out there that only allow one to access and book mark a fixed set of stations. There are also quite a number of features that don't show up in screenshots. One key thing I've manage to do is to allow vRdo to show advertisements.

Finally, I would just like to sure something that makes vRdo a bit different from the conventional radio...

This is audio visualisation! vRdo is now no longer that slightly boring all-one-color-mostly-black audio player or a conventional Radio interface only player with only audio. Visualisation is obviously implemented for continuous radio playing as well as single pieces.

Also, I've changed the XML to mostly like what I published in a previous update. There are a few changes and I will publish the new version soon (but not finalized because the more I do, the more ideas the project gives me). Like I said, it's taking on a life of its own!
