Revision 1.1 has been posted onto Launchpad. To access this, please use the "vRdo PPA" link on the side-bar.
The player is currently a proof of concept. I have done some testing but definitely not enough (player written in 3 months, took another 3 months to test and another 6 months trying to figure out how to package this i.e. AutoTools, chroot etc. etc..) Now I need people to tell me that the packaging doesn't work or the tuning doesn't work with whatever station and I need help to make it work.
Then go on to more user friendly stuff like what I wrote down on the Launchpad blueprints section. Done right, this project will do a lot of good. So people, if you do get to see this, and you are interested in it, please drop me an e-mail. Just in case, my e-mail is daniel.wong.sc@gmail.com
