Major Domo (September 2015 - February 2018)
To oversee the operations of all property owned by C Luke Lore, LLC, strictly administrative.
Duties and responsibilities
- Work directly with the owners to plan and execute the overall management of property and service
- Set the service standard and responsible for the hiring, training, and ongoing management of staff required to meet the service needs
- In charge of all related financial matters including accounting, budgets, and payroll
- Interface with accountants, attorneys, curators, captains, financial advisers, and any other relevant personnel
- Common direct supervision tasks may include screening and overseeing outside vendors, contractors, construction projects, maintenance of grounds, etc.
- Assist in planning and executing events for the owner
- Advertise, interview, and suggest potential employees to the owner.
- Performed all aspects of the Bookkeeper position
- Handle our accounting and Human resource matters.
- Maintain our financial records, including purchases, sales, receipts and payments.
- Accurately record all day-to-day financial transactions of our company.
