Parish Council

A proposal for a Parish Council was made at a meeting on 17 December, 1894. A counter-proposal was made not to have a Parish Council and this was carried. Subsequently there were Parish meetings until a Parish Council was formed. The formation of a Parish Council occurred at a meeting on 18 May, 1951.
