Make simple red stoles for the congregation to wear (about 36 inches by 3 inches hemmed)
Ask everyone to bring red flowers to make up a bouquet during the prelude or first hymn. Put a vase or vases at the front where they are easily accessible and visible.
Have a pot luck lunch after worship. Ask everyone to bring an ethnic specialty from their family. If practical, sometime during lunch you might have them explain the dish: where it came from, why is it special to them, if it is for a special holiday, etc.
