If you are considering any planting around your townhouse, you MUST submit an Architectural Control Request Form (can be found in the Download Section). In order for the Architectural Control Committee to appropriately consider your request it MUST be a plant that is Drought Tolerant. To assist in determining which plants fit this definition, you can find a list on the Arizona Department of Water Resources website. You can access this site by clicking on the "Drought Tolerant Plant Lists" link below:

Drought Tolerant Plant Lists

Once on the site, scroll down to the Tucson AMA section for a link to the related lists.

The Association is attempting to utilize more drought tolerant plants to reduce irrigation needs in an effort to save water, which is becoming a limited resource, and reduce Association expenses in the process.

Any plantings made without prior permission will be subject to immediate removal by the landscapers.

Your cooperation in complying with this request will be appreciated.
