2017 Committee Members

The 2017 Committees, consisting of the 1) Grounds Committee; 2) Pool Committee; and the 3) Architectural Control Committee were established for the year via owners signing up and expressing an interest to serve the community. These are all very active committees and require commitment of some time and effort. Even though the pay is low (NONE), volunteers are and have been a vital factor over the recent years in beautifying and improving our community while saving the HOA a large sum of money, as we have not had to hire contractors to do the work. Saving money helps keep the HOA dues at a minimal level. Committees are open to all residents, and can be added to at any time by submitting your interest to the Board. The Board has the final decision on all committees. "Great Ideas Come When We All Work Together"1) The Grounds Committee's objective is to assist the Board of Directors with maintaining the Grounds (Common and Limited Common areas) in excellent condition and in ensuring the areas are safe for the use and enjoyment of all residents, by submitting recommendations to the Board that may improve the policy, procedures, and ensure the Grounds are maintained in a safe and professional manner. Other duties may be assigned to committee members by the Chairperson to further accomplish this objective.

2) The Pool Committee's objective is to assist the Board of Directors with maintaining the pool and spa area in excellent condition and in ensuring it is safe for the use and enjoyment of all residents, by submitting recommendations to the Board that may improve the policy, procedures, and safe and efficient operation of the pool and spa area. Other duties may be assigned to committee members by the Chairperson to further accomplish this objective.

3) The Architectural Control Committee's (ACC) objective is to maintain a pleasing and marketable curb appeal to the community, which includes consistency in architectural style, scale, materials and details and approved colors for exterior walls, trim, doors, etc. The ACC is responsible for approving or disapproving all Architectural Control Committee Submittal Forms submitted by owners that are requesting to make changes or additions to the common area and/or exterior of their unit.
