Board WorkShop Meeting (Dog Issues) - Thurs, 4/14/16 @ 6pm

Due to a number of recent complaints concerning dogs and their owners, the Board is holding a meeting on Thursday, April 14, 2016 at 6:00pm at the Pool. All dog owners are invited to attend, to include those residents that are only renting. The purpose of the meeting is to discuss recent dog/owner issues, to include dog bites, dogs being permitted to urinate on landscape plant and damage common area by digging and knocking over plants.Dog owners will be permitted to voice their concerns and offer solutions that could head off the Dog Walk being made mandatory for ALL Dog Owners.

All owners that are renting their homes to residents with dogs should relay this information to them to provide them an opportunity to attend as well. Remember, any pet violations by residents that are renting shall subject the owner to fines. The Agenda is attached below:
