IMPORTANT! HOA Bank Change, Eff. 1/1/2016

Post date: Jan 3, 2016 7:44:56 PM

EFFECTIVE 1/1/2016; HOA Payments must be redirected to the Mutual of Omaha Bank, unless you were already enrolled in ACH payments with the last bank. If you were already set up to send payments via ACH, then they will automatically be switched over for the new bank. Below is a copy of the letter mailed to all owners by Mario, ADAM LLC. Please note that you can set up automatic payments by visiting the Mutual of Omaha website, listed in the letter, either by e-check or credit card, but PLEASE note that if you pay by credit card there will be a processing fee of $10 added to the payment. It is just as easy to set up e-check scheduled payments by providing your bank routing number and account number. If you still wish to mail your payments, you may send your payment with the appropriate coupon from the Payment Coupon Book you should have received. PLEASE note that you will NO LONGER receive monthly invoices nor reminders.

If you have NOT received your coupon payment book, or have any other questions, or problems, please contact Mario.

Dear Homeowner:

I am writing to inform you that, effective January 1st, 2016, ADAM LLC is changing its banking services from Alliance Association Bank to Mutual of Omaha Bank – CAB.

Over the last several months, we have studied several banks that provide specific services to the homeowner association industry. Many of the financial institutions we interviewed have developed banking products specifically geared to theunique requirements of management companies and homeowners associations. We measured the depth of their services, their knowledge of the homeowner association industry, the costs for their service and the added benefits our clients would receive by creating a relationship with each candidate.

Having talked with existing clients of these banks, we believe the bank best suited to partner with us on behalf of our clients is Mutual of Omaha Bank – Community Association Banking (CAB).

We believe that Mutual of Omaha Bank - CAB will respond to the needs of our clients in a comprehensive fashion. Among the benefits of this banking relationship:

Ø ACH Service – Mutual of Omaha Bank - CAB software can easily interface with our existing accounting software. All clients are eligible to send and receive payments by ACH, and our accounting team would remain in control of this process. Those homeowners already enrolled in ACH will automatically be switched to the CAB system.

If you desire to sign up for this service, please ask for this form instructing our accounting team to add this service. Please note the current fee for charge backs is $10.00 per transaction. This fee is subject to change. This fee is for non-sufficient funds.

Ø Assessment Payment Options – CAB allows you to make online payments which can be set up as a one time or scheduled as needed. There is no charge for an e-check. However, homeowners that choose to pay by credit card willbe charged a processing fee. With this service, homeowners will be able to pay through a secure link on our www.adamllc.com web site or directly to Mutual of Omaha – CAB at www.mutualofomahabank.com/community-associations/make-a-payment.

We anticipate and look forward to a successful, long-term relationship with CAB on your behalf and a smooth transition during the change of banking services. Please feel free to contact me at 520-624-1206 with any additional questions orconcerns you might have regarding this banking change.

Respectfully submitted,

Mario Martinez
