Town Sq is a community website/app that immediately provides announcements to owners/residents and provides a tool for owners/residents to report incidents and maintenance issues, as well as communicating with others. Everyone is strongly encouraged to join Town Sq. Don't be left out of the loop of ongoing events/issues in the community.

DEVELOPMENT OF PHASE II - UPDATE 3/17/2023
Field work with the new developer's drilling contractor will begin on FRIDAY, MARCH 24 at 8:00AM, for soil testing. They estimate that the work will take up to 5 hours to complete. Additionally, the local utilities have been marking the locations of their facilities to ensure nothing is damaged during drilling.
In addition, the FENCING WILL BE INSTALLED AROUND THE PERIMETER OF THE PROPERTY ON MONDAY, MARCH 20TH (11am to 1pm). PLEASE DO NOT PARK IN THIS AREA, BEGINNING SUNDAY EVENING, MARCH 19TH.
The green highlighted section on the map to the left indicates the area that will be fenced. Please do not park in these areas that will be fenced in, and be cognizant of where you are parking to avoid problems with the construction team.

UPDATE 2/24/2023: IF YOU WISH TO SET UP AUTOPAY THROUGH ASSOCIA, PLEASE COMPLETE AND SUBMIT THE FORM CONTAINED IN THE WELCOME PACKET ABOVE:
It is requested that homeowners refrain from submitting their HOA assessment payments for March at this time. The instructions for making payments will be provided in the welcome packet, along with their specific account information. (This packet will be mailed out.)
We understand the importance of timely payments, and we want to ensure that all payments are processed accurately and efficiently.
It is emphasized that it's best to wait for the welcome packet, and not submit payments until then. This way, we can avoid any potential errors or delays.
We will temporarily pause late fees for a period of 90 days during the transition to allow everyone to acclimate and to ensure that everyone is familiar with our process.
This way any potential errors or delays can be avoided.

Calling the office: An automated attendant will answer, and you will be prompted to select the department you need. If all team members are on the phone, you may receive voicemail, but your call will be returned within 24-48 hours.
After-hour emergencies: call 520-742-5674, dial 9 when prompted to reach the emergency service, which is available for emergencies as defined by the Board of Directors and Community Manager. Non-emergency calls will be responded to on the next business day.

BREAKING NEWS: Due to numerous issues over the past nine months with Expert HOA Management, the Board decided that it was in the best interest of the owners to terminate our contract with Expert. As you may have experienced, there were continual problems with accounts not being credited properly, and communication was almost non-existent.
Therefore, the Board looked at two other management companies that provided a "team concept" as opposed to the "lone ranger concept" that we have experienced over the past several years. Associa Arizona was subsequently chosen partly because they have a Town Square web program offering a better way for owners to communicate with the Management Company, KV HOA Board and each other, which we have been lacking. Effective March 1, 2023, Kinney Village will be managed by ASSOCIA ARIZONA, 6840 North Oracle Dr., Suite 130, Tucson, AZ 85704, Phone: 520-742-5674. We apologize a head of time for any inconvenience during this transition; however, the Board feels it will be worth it in the long run, despite this being the second transition in less than a year.
You will be receiving a notice this month, regarding where to redirect HOA payments. Until then, if you wish to see what they will be offering us, visit www.AssociaArizona.com. Part of what they will offer is a program called TOWNSQ. See attached file.
Associa will have a representative at the upcoming Annual Meeting on February 23, 2023 at 6pm to introduce themselves and answering any questions you may have. Please plan on attending if you wish to hear more and have your questions an concerns addressed.
The Board sincerely hopes that this will be a company that will eliminate the problems we have experienced in the past, and provide a lasting relationship between Kinney Village Owners and Associa Arizona.
