HRE 490 Final eLearning Guidebook

In the first course in the University of Illinois Ed.M. eLearning program, we were tasked with creating an eLearning guidebook for the fictional Fithian Corporation. The development of this guidebook required exploring different aspects of eLearning through the use of readings and research. I chose to include this guidebook as a showcase element in my ePortfolio because it demonstrates the depth of research I conducted in the development of the guidebook. Also, despite being written as though it were for use by the fictional Fithian Corporation, the elements of the guidebook are factually applicable to any eLearning venture and serve as a strong summary of the foundational topics of eLearning.
