These are apps that are good but don't really fit in other categories
Sonic Pics ($2.99)
So easy to use for digital storytelling, recording school trips, evidence of learning, all sorts. Movie exports to the Camera Roll.
Strip Designer ($4:49)
Wonderful for green screening photos- layer them just like Photoshop. Here's the manual. To green screen add a sticker and mask the background. This could be a good extra.

Sock Puppets (free)
The sock puppets lip synch to your voice, therefore can be made to say whatever you want. A bit of light fun really.
