I've made two scatterplots of Salary & Years with Company and Salary & Age, and two different colors stand for different genders. From the visualization, while none of Yeas with Company, Age and Gender seems to have a significant linear relationship between Salary, Years with Company tends to correlate most strongly with Salary, which also can be reflected from the Pearson product-moment correlation coefficient.

I've applied line chart to show the quarterly trend of sales in different regions, and a single dot to show the overall sales of each region as required.
