Comparing parts 2 and 3, I think that the small multiples of segments is generally more informative for me than the filtered segments. I like to be able to see everything at once (all maps) for direct and quick comparison. It feels easier than remembering what one map looks like, clicking on a filter, and comparing it to a new one -- There's a greater cognitive load there. However, if I was trying to look at multiple segments at once (like comparing joint corporate+home office to consumer), then the filters would be more useful.

NB: For Part 3, because of the weird sizing through the iframe, you'll have to scroll down within the Tableau Public screen to see the third small multiple -- in actually viewing the work on a full webpage, all three are (importantly) visible and legible at once.
