Description: iMC alarm system found event (Link UP) and event (Link DOWN) had 3 intermittent failures from 2011-10-18 06:00:31 to 2011-10-18 06:00:31.

这个告警是说在短时间内有一个链路断了又恢复了3次，虽然现在连路是正常的，但是由于断了3次，所以会影响业务。

IMC发现这个问题所以提示用户，用户最好去检查链路为什么会频繁断开，如果不希望看到这个，可以关闭闪断告警诊断，在告警过滤设置里面

这个只是提示一下服务器配置修改生效了，可以不关心
