填寫支援單 請提供下列資訊 加速後台協助處理

Partner Name: 請填寫貴公司名稱

Partner Country: Taiwan

Partner Source Account ID: 這邊填寫 HPE 與貴司的合約ID (Siebel Row ID)

o Can either be the Company ID (8 digit number such as 10014064) or the Partner PPID or Siebel Row ID.

o The PPID field can be found in SFDC under the field called ‘Source System Account ID’ Format of ID begins with a number and dash and is specific to the region of the partner. If unable to find, please contact your HPE representative for help)

‘1-‘ for EMEA region, (ex. ‘1-12K14-13’)

‘2-‘ for APJ region, (ex. ‘2-RZ-254’)
