The following pictures were made at the 4th planning meeting. The captions reflect the webmaster's artistic interpretation of what transpired.
After the meeting had been in process for a while Richard decides to welcome everyone and explain his method for maintaining order in a classroom. David turns to Bill and asks, "Bill, do you know what in the heck Richard is doing?" To which Richard responds, "Shush! while I'm talking."
Jane watches on in amusement, Jamey withdraws in a catatonic state, and Jerry relaxes until such petty differences are brought to resolution by the victorious faction in the planning committee.
Linda and Doris had formed a subgroup caucus during the meeting to resolve a particularly difficult issue, making it impossible for Hampton to fully follow the line of point and counterpoint in the ongoing discussion. However, Hamp briefly considered the possibility of leaving his most uncomfortable stool and taking Linda's much more relaxing sofa seat since she obviously no longer wanted it, evidently preferring to stand by Doris. But just as Hamp was about to make his move, Linda, sensing his intent, rushed back to reclaim her seat.
Richard explains to David why Robert's Rules of Order don't really apply to the motion on the floor as David incredulously listens. Meanwhile Richard's explanation spawns a lively discussion between Bill & Marilyn while Kaye, overcome by such absurdity just laughs the whole thing off.
The planning committee decided to make a group picture as prima facie proof that there were no major bruises or contusions evident after the process of resolving differences had ended.
Having such evidence was deemed so important that it was felt that a second picture must be made should the first become "lost."
