Of all the places in this building this must be the most vital. Here the
guardians of the tower can gather information about enemy or friendly movements
from quite a distance so that they can send a messenger to prepare their
chieftain for whatever is coming. The tower's importance is evidenced by
its sturdy stone construction. Heavy blocks of stone hold the walls together
by weight and placement. A domed roof protects the room from the elements,
while small portals in the walls allow viewing of the surrounding lands.
