Late Policy

Tests / Quizzes – Must see teacher upon arrival to class after absence. Must make up within one week.

Homework – All assignments are due on the due date. Students will have a one week extension upon which they can

only receive up to 85 % of the original grade. After that week students will receive a “0”.

Projects – All projects are due on the due date. Students will have one week extension upon which they can only receive

up to 85% of the original grade. After that week students will receive a “0”.

NO Redo’s on projects, the grade stands as originally given.

Amnesty Week – At teacher’s discretion, teacher may offer a time where missing work may be turned for partial credit

of 85% of the original grade.

Retakes – Test – No retakes of tests.

Quiz – May retake quiz up to one week from return of quiz for an average of first and retake quiz grade.

If they don’t do this within the week period they will not be able to make up the quiz.

Grades – Teacher will place a 0 in the Grade book if a student does not have an assignment on time. If a makeup or

extension has been arranged the grade will change upon retake. If an absence occurs on the due date a

missing notification will be placed in the Grade book temporarily followed by a 0 if assignment is not completed
