Game Tournament for Turkey (5/21/2023)

5月21日の日曜日にトルコチャリティーイベント
”Game Tournament for Turkey”を開催しました。

小学生や大学生、大人の方まで約30名の方がご来場くださり、合計で16,390円の寄付金を集めることができました。このお金はトルコ大使館へすべて寄付され、災害支援に役立てられます。

また、会場に設置したボードにはたくさんの方がトルコへの応援メッセージを寄せてくださいました。ありがとうございます。　

イベントでは、スマッシュブラザーズのトーナメントをはじめとして、様々なボードゲームやカードゲームを準備しました。はじめて会う方同士でも楽しく一緒にゲームを楽しんでいる様子が見られ、帰り際に「楽しかったよ」と笑顔で声をかけてくださる方が多くいらっしゃいました。

ご参加くださった方、参加を検討してくださった方に心より感謝いたします。

今回参加できなかった方もぜひ次回お越しください！楽しいゲームを用意してお待ちしております。

イベント情報

この度は、ご関心をお寄せいただき、誠にありがとうございます。

トルコでは地震により、5万人以上の方が亡くなり、トルコの方々は生活やコミュニティの再建のために多くの支援を必要としています。

ゲームは人々を結びつけます。日本とトルコは、100年以上にわたって関係を続けています。私たちは、ゲームを使って、日本の人々が一緒になって、私たちの持つ安全性や、トルコの状況について考えたいと思っています。

このゲームイベントで集まったお金は、100％全て在日トルコ大使館に寄付され、災害支援に役立てられます。

今、鈴岡県立大学にはトルコの学生が留学しています。彼らはトルコの状況について何度かインタビューに答えてくれています。さらに、彼らはこのイベントの企画・運営を手伝ってくれています。彼らの友人や家族、そしてトルコの故郷のコミュニティを助けるために、という彼らのエネルギーにとても感謝しています。

しかし、都合により申し込みが14日を過ぎてしまっても、応募していただいて大丈夫です。

もちろん、5月21日に来ていただいてもかまいません。

ボードゲーム、カードゲームのフリープレイルーム（ゲーム内容：ジッターニクス、ジェンガ、アニマルアポンアニマル、ヴィラパレッティ、ハリガリ、リング L ディン、ビバトポ、キャンディーランド、ヘビとはしご、トラブル、ストーリーキューブ、オーチャード、ワードバスケット、ドブル、ウノ、ビムバム、フォックスのパーティー、カルカソンの子供たち）。

ビデオゲームのフリープレイルーム（ゲーム内容：スマッシュブラザーズ64、マリオカートWii、PS2ガチャロク、ウイニングイレブン6、マリオパーティWii、ワリオワレWii、ソウルキャリバー）。

アクセス大学へは、公共交通機関をご利用ください。車は県立博物館・図書館付近の駐車場に停めることができます。

COVIDの安全情報です：建物の入り口に温度測定器を設置します。ご使用ください。発熱している場合は、医療機関を受診してください。マスクの使用は個人の判断に委ねますが、屋内は人数が多いため、マスクの着用を推奨します。

Event Information

Thank you very much for your interest in this event.

More than 50,000 people have died in Turkey, and Turkish people need a lot of help to rebuild their lives and communities.

Games bring people together. Japan and Turkey have had a relationship for more than 100 years. We want to use games to bring people together in Japan to think about the safety we have, and the situation in Turkey.

100% of the money we raise through this gaming event will be donated to the Turkish Embassy in Japan for disaster relief.

There are Turkish students studying at Kendai now. They have given several interviews about the situation in Turkey. They are helping us plan and run this event. We are very grateful for their time and energy to help us help their friends and families and communities back home in Turkey.

Access: The university is accessible by public transportation. Cars may be parked in the parking lots near the Prefectural Museum and library.

Maps: There are parking and room maps below.

COVID safety information: There will be a temperature measuring device at the building's entrance. Please use it. If you have a fever, please seek medical help. Mask use is up to your personal preference, but we recommended that you wear a mask because of the number of people in the indoor space.

The entrance fee is a 300-yen donation that will be used to support disaster relief in Turkey.

We're sorry, but no change will be given on the day. Please bring exact change.

We appreciate and will receive additional money donations for Turkish disaster relief, of course.
