GRIFFIN, David Ray. US scholar Professor David Ray Griffin exposes the official story of 9-11 as a Big Lie

Professor David Ray Griffin is a US philosopher of religion and theology, pioneered process theology and has exposed the lie of the “official version” of 9/11 lie in numerous books, articles, and lectures (see: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/David_Ray_Griffin ).

Professor David Ray Griffin (2006): "It would seem, for many reasons, that the official story of 9/11, which has served as a religious Myth in the intervening years (and still does), is a myth in the pejorative sense of a story that does not correspond to reality." [1].

[1]. David Griffin in an April 5, 2006 lecture titled, "9/11: The Myth and the Reality," , quoted by Stephen Lendman, “9-11 mythology: the big lie of our time”, MWC News, 9 September 2011: http://mwcnews.net/focus/politics/13290-9-11-mythology.html .

David Ray Griffin, publicity description of David Ray Griffin, “The Mysterious Collapse of World Trade Center 7” (2012): “At 5:20 in the afternoon on 9/11, Building 7 of the World Trade Center collapsed, even though it had not been struck by a plane and had fires on only a few floors. The reason for its collapse was considered a mystery. In August 2008, NIST (the National Institute of Standards and Technology) issued its report on WTC 7, declaring that "the reason for the collapse of World Trade Center 7 is no longer a mystery" and that “science is really behind what we have said.” Showing that neither of these claims is true, David Ray Griffin demonstrates that NIST is guilty of the most serious types of scientific fraud: fabricating, falsifying, and ignoring evidence. He also shows that NIST’s report left intact the central mystery: How could a building damaged by fire—not explosives—have come down in free fall?” (Publisher description of David Ray Griffin, “The Mysterious Collapse of World Trade Center 7: Why the Final Official Report about 9/11 is Unscientific and False”, Olive Branch Press, 2012: https://www.amazon.com.au/Mysterious-Collapse-World-Trade-Center-ebook/dp/B00APDAZZ2 ).

David Ray Griffin and Elizabeth Woodworth, “9/11 unmasked: An international review panel investigation”, publisher’s description (2018), “A panel of experts highlight the problems with all major claims of the official account of the 9/11 attacks. Many Americans have been embarrassed by the Trump presidency. But Americans should also be embarrassed by the fact that this country's foreign policy since 2001,which has resulted in millions of deaths, has been based on a complex deception. 9/11 Unmasked is the result of a six-year investigation by an international review panel, which has provided 51 points illustrating the problematic status of all the major claims in the official account of the 9/11 attacks, some of which are obviously false. Most dramatically, the official account of the destruction of the Twin Towers and World Trade Center 7 could not possibly be true, unless the laws of physics were suspended that day. But other claims made by the official account including the claims that the 9/11 planes were taken over by al-Qaeda hijackers, that one of those hijackers flew his plane into the Pentagon, and that passengers on the planes telephoned people on the ground are also demonstrably false.

The book reports only points about which the panel reached consensus by using the best-evidence consensus model employed in medical research. The panel is composed of experts about 9/11 from many disciplines, including physics, chemistry, structural engineering, aeronautical engineering, and jurisprudence“ (David Ray Griffin and Elizabeth Woodworth, “9/11 unmasked: An international review panel investigation”, Olive Branch, publisher’s description, 2018: https://www.amazon.com/11-Unmasked-International-Review-Investigation/dp/1623719747 ).

David Ray Griffin, “9/11 contradictions”, publisher’s description (2004): “In 9/11 Contradictions, David Ray Griffin shows that the official story about 9/11 is riddled with internal contradictions. For example, the 9/11 Commission’s claim that Vice President Cheney did not enter the Presidential Emergency Operations Center until almost 10 am was contradicted by Secretary of Transportation Norman Mineta, who testified that when he arrived at 9:20, Cheney was already there. The White House’s early claim that President Bush left the Florida classroom immediately after being informed by Andy Card about the second attack on the World Trade Center was later contradicted by a video of the session, which showed that the president remained for about 10 minutes; Rudy Giuliani’s recent claim that he did not know the Twin Towers were going to collapse contradicts a statement he made to ABC’s Peter Jennings on 9/11; Ted Olson’s claim that he received two phone calls from his wife, Barbara Olson, who was on Flight 77 has been contradicted by the FBI report on phone calls from the airliners; the claim that several passengers on United Flight 93, such as Tom Burnett, used their cell phones to report its hijacking has been contradicted by that same FBI report; the claim that there is no doubt about Osama bin Ladin’s responsibility for the 9/11 attacks has also been contradicted by the FBI, which says it has no hard evidence of his responsibility; the claim that information connecting the attacks to al-Qaeda was found in Mohamed Atta’s luggage contradicts the story told by the FBI immediately after the attacks; and the claim that the Pentagon had no way of knowing that an attack was coming has been contradicted by proof that an E-4B was flying over Washington at the time. David Ray Griffin has been a professor of philosophy of religion and theology at the Claremont School of Theology in California for over thirty years. He is co-director of the Center for Process Studies there and the author or editor of over twenty books” (David Ray Griffin, “9/11 contradictions”, The Armchair Traveller at the bookHaus, publisher’s description, 2004: https://www.amazon.co.uk/11-Contradictions-David-Ray-Griffin/dp/1844370739 ).
