This is an LDS girls camp on the Bear River near Tremonton that can be used in the off-season by scouts and others. It is only 8 minutes from Crystal Hot Springs, so you could camp here and go swimming there instead of using their campground. There is a gate, so you need to make reservations on the church camping sites web site, listed below. The address is 10733 N 4400 W.Tremonton. After you make reservations I would recommend calling the scheduler or manager to make sure the gate is will be unlocked. There is a $15 fee for most sites and will be charged directly to your ward. There is no water in the winter, but there are porta potties. They have plenty of firewook.
They have a variety of different sites, some more wooded than this one. But the bowery is great for winter camping.

Here are the sites. We signed up for one of the Fisherman's Nooks, but they put us by the bowery, which was nice.
There also is a new very wooded site at the far south end, called the Grove. You can book #7 and request it when you call them.
But, you have to carry in your gear a couple hundred feet. So probably not great for winter.
