Tell us about Emma, your character in Prey?

She’s the daughter of prison officer David Murdoch, played by Philip Glenister. His life changes for ever when he gets a phone call to say that I’ve been abducted and he’s got limited time to find me.

Costume wise, it was a challenge as Emma’s hugely pregnant, with loads of heavy padding. My clothes are dirty and I’m gagged and bound, so the contrast between Emma and Katie couldn’t be more stark. I’ve never looked so dreadful but I loved every minute, it was such a great part.
