Froggatt told the Record: "At one point when we were filming the attack scene Richard Carter who played Murdoch tied a tape around my neck.

"The whole point was that Murdoch didn't manage to do it properly to Joanne Lees, but during one of the takes Richard accidentally did it properly.

"So I had this tape tied tight around my neck, my hands behind my back, and no one could hear me properly.

"I remember thinking, 'There's nothing I can do here. I might

choke.
