4 lb. beef bones with marrow
4 carrots
4 celery
2 medium onions
4 garlic
1 t. salt
1 t. whole peppercorns
2 bay leaves
3 sprigs fresh thyme
5-6 sprigs parsley
1/4 c. apple cider vinegar
18-20 c. water
Put all ingredients in a crockpot.
Bring to boil, then simmer 48 hours.
