Ingredients:
1 T butter (or 2 T butter or an additional 1 T olive oil)
6 cloves garlic, thinly sliced
1 large bag fresh spinach (15 -20 oz.)
1 t. garlic salt
1/2 lemon juiced
Directions:
Heat the butter in a skillet over medium heat. (Actually, use the large pan, dutch oven, whatever!) Stir in the garlic, cook and stir until the garlic is fragrant, about 2 minutes. Add the spinach (recipe says to add a few handfuls at a time -- nah!). Add it all, put on the lid and let it steam a little, then stir it until all wilted. Stir in the lemon juice and season with fresh garlic salt. Sara then added parmesan cheese to her own, because she's like that.
