(I made this salad -- sort of -- with my leftovers from Thanksgiving. I had ham. I had spinach. I wanted salad. For the salad, I threw in some carrot sticks, some cucumber, red pepper, onion, tomato, avocado, parmesan cheese (shaved), hard-boiled egg slices, and some strips of ham. The dressing, I adjusted somewhat: I used olive oil, apple cider vinegar combined with a bit of balsamic vinegar (because I ran out of the other), and about an 1/8 of a cup less honey. I used brown mustard, without measuring so slightly more than requested, and sprinkled with freshly ground pepper. AMAZING!)
