1 c. coconut milk (can use Silk refrigerated brand or use canned full-fat coconut milk)
1 heaping teaspoon ground flax seed
1 banana
1 scoop pea protein
1 c. frozen blueberries
Put milk, flax, protein and banana in blender and blend. Add frozen berries and blend until smooth.
Obviously, you can add any type of fruit that you like. One of my favorite variations of this smoothie is using 3/4 c. coconut milk and 1/4 c. orange juice, half a pineapple core, a peach, a banana, and frozen strawberries.
