4-7-19 I made these for the first time to celebrate Ben's and Adam's birthdays (age 33, age 23) with a birthday brunch. I wanted something that I could cook while I was at church. I set the oven to start at 10; I arrived home at 10:45 and removed the lid. The hash browns were perfect!
