Information from the 1911 census

In 1911 Cecil Thompson, then a 13-year-old schoolboy, was living in four rooms at 28 Nelsons Row, Clapham with his parents and five siblings. His father, Harry Thompson, 46, a motorcar driver for the London County Council, was from Hackney; his mother, Ellen (or Helen) Thompson, 44, was from Clerkenwell.
