Robert Alberts

Robert Alberts (trumpet) graduated from the Dick Grove School of Music in 1982, studying with studio legends Uan Rasey, Phil Sobel and Walt Johnson. He has worked in Nashville and 'on the road' with shows and various bands, and currently freelances on the Central Coast playing shows, clubs, recordings and casuals. Robert has performed at the Pismo Jubilee and Eureka Jazz festivals, and is on call for a major cruise line.In addition to Central City Swing, Robert plays with the Rose Garden Dance Band, the Sugar Daddy Swing Kings, PCPA, the Viper 6, and Bob Osborn's Laurel Street Jazz (where also he serves as arranger & music director).
