Bill Pierce

Dr. Bill Pierce started playing in high school, participating in concert, marching and jazz bands. Bill also was part of the Rock n Roll craze, playing in various groups into college. Unfortunately the responsibilities and time commitments of school, family and running a practice took him away from music. Nearly 35 years passed before he "got the bug" and started to play again, with the Allan Hancock College Jazz band as well as at church. In 2012 Bill joined the Central City Swing band. In his words, "It's been an honor...I'm thrilled to make music and to be surrounded by such incredibly talented musicians."
