Central City Swing is a dynamic 17+ piece jazz band* comprised of some of the most talented musicians on the California central coast.
Since 2002 these versatile performers have brought a wide range of traditional and contemporary big band jazz and swing to their appreciative audiences.

The musicians (professional and "otherwise") that make up Central City Swing are accepted by invitation. 
The band rehearses most Tuesday evenings with two (2) hiatuses. late June to mid-August and during the Christmas holidays.

* Central City Swing typically consists of five (5) saxophones, four-to-five (4-5) trumpets,four-to-five (4-5) trombones,
and full rhythm section (piano, bass and drums), as well as some very talented vocalists.
