Summary of Evaluation System Changes from DESE Model Language

This is a table showing the changes we have bargained from the state ESE model language.

The bullets in the left column refer to sections in the actual contract language.

* District Determined Measures are used only for those educators rated proficient or exemplary. Those educators with low impact on student learning will be on a 1 year, self-directed plan. Educators with moderate or high impact on student learning will be on a 2 year self directed plan.
