ADMIN

• [NEW] Added site color control to Admin > Site Settings.

AUTO TASKS

• • [NEW] Added task complete url to auto task system that allows links to be embedded into auto task emails that permit completing tasks without being a logged in user in the system.

DOCUMENTS

• • [NEW] Documents can now be uploaded, renamed and deleted from the Property > Documents tab.

EMAIL

• • [NEW] Buyer is now listed in email dialogs as recipient.

EXPENSES

• [NEW] Added Check Number field to expenses.

GENERAL INSPECTIONS

• • [NEW] Added a notify check box to General Inspections. This will trigger an Auto Task System Trigger called General Inspection Notify.

  • [CHANGE] Added N/A as option for Gas, Water, and Electric for General Inspections.

OFFERS

• • [FIX] Fixed issue where offers would trigger a property status change but the property header would not update to reflect the property status change.

REPORTS

• • [NEW] Added Property Status Date as criteria and visible column to Utility Report.

  • [NEW] Added Percent Variation First As Is To List Price to Property Report.

TASKS

• • [CHANGE] When manual tasks are created and the send email box is checked, the email that was sent is now saved as a note on the task.
