Adding Notes

The process for adding notes from anywhere within Broker Brain is similar throughout the system. On the HOA tab, there are two places for adding notes. You can add a note that is specific to an HOA Community, or you can add a General HOA note. See below for instructions for each.

To Add a Note to a Specific Community:

1. From the desired property, click HOA at left.

2. Click the + next to the Community name to expand the HOA detail.

3. You will see a series of sub tabs display. Click the Notes sub tab.

4. Click the New Note button. The following screen will appear:

5. Add the desired information and click the Add button. Your note will now appear in the community's Notes section:

To Add a General Note:

1. From the desired property, click HOA at left.

2. At the bottom of the screen, click the New Note button, located in the General HOA Notes bar:

5. Add the desired information and click the Add button. Your note will now appear in the General Notes section of your screen, as shown:
