Inbox, Outbox, Trash, Undelivered Sub Tabs
Accessing Email
To view the Inbox, Outbox, and Trash sub tabs, you must first click the Home tab at the top of the screen, then the Email sub tab at left.
Using the Inbox
When you initially click on the Email sub tab, the Inbox will display. All emails sent directly to you will appear. To see the detail for any email, click directly on it, and the detail will display in a pane at the bottom of your screen, as shown below. The property that is associated with the email will also be displayed (as shown circled in red), along with where the email resides within the Broker Brain system. The email shown below is associated with the Abbey Road property and can be found in the Notes section of the Expenses tab. If there is no property associated with the email, you will see a message that says "No signature. Note does not exist for this message." This is easily rectified following the instructions in Associating Emails with a Property.
Important:
Anytime a property address is displayed at the top of an email (whether in the Inbox or the Outbox), you can click on it to access the property's information.
Using the Outbox
To see any emails that you have sent from within Broker Brain, click the Outbox sub tab at left. The emails will display, along with the properties they are in reference to. Just as with the Inbox, you can display the email's detail in a pane at the bottom of your screen by simply clicking on it.
Using the Trash Tab
Any emails you delete from the Inbox or the Outbox will be moved into the Trash sub tab. Broker Brain will hold these emails for 30 days before they are permanently deleted.
Undelivered Tab
The Undelivered tab will display any emails you attempted to send that did not go out due to to incorrect email addresses or any other circumstances that prevented the recipient from receiving the email.
