BBU201 - CREATING TASKS & EMAIL NOTIFICATIONS

Now that you understand how tasks will appear at the user level, you can learn to create them.

The tasking system within Broker Brain offers multiple options for users. Tasks can be set to trigger as follows: they can generate automatically based on a specified event within the system, they can trigger automatically after completion of a prior task, or they can be created manually as a single, stand-alone assignment. Broker Brain's tasking system also offers an automatic email notification feature, which can be used to send emails to users either inside or outside Broker Brain. Information for creating each of these types of tasks can be found using this training module.

Three types of auto tasks can be created: property, offer, and preservation tasks. The process for creating each of these is very similar. For complete details on creating all types of tasks, go to Admin Tab>Auto Tasks on the Help Site.
