Kelly Brook

Joined The Big Breakfast on February 1st 1999. She attracted the producer's eyes after hosting a fashion series VPL on the Granada satellite channel Men & Motors. Kelly, 20, also appears in the video for Pulp's hit single Help the Aged. Three years ago she was forced to leave stage school because her local council cut her grant scuppering her acting ambitions. Then her mum secretly entered her for a beauty competition which she won. "My first job was two weeks in Portugal - five days shooting, the rest sunbathing and I thought 'Hey this isn't too bad'," says Kelly. She decided to change her name from Kelly Parsons to Kelly Brook because she didn't think her real one was catchy enough.

"The only difference between Kelly Parsons and Kelly Brook is 10 tons of make-up and very good lighting,"says Kelly.

Since then Kelly has not looked back. She's modeled for a string of magazines and has appeared in several TV ads including the Sure ad with Jonathan Ross. Last summer FHM readers voted her the world's 29th sexiest woman. Kelly lives with her family in Rochester. Unfortunately fans of the show felt Kelly was not up to scratch for sharing the presenters chair with JV and constantly bugged the official website to get rid of her. Despite her vast improvement as co presenter July 1999 saw rumours that The Brekkie was going to sack her so she stayed one step ahead and quit on the week she was due to return from holiday.

Leaving the BB actually turned out to be a good move. She has now hit Hollywood landing guest roles in Smallville & is rumoured to be appearing in Mission Impossible 3. Her modelling career is going from stregnth to stregnth.
