Serendipity.
35ml Raspberry Vodka,
15ml Raspberry Liqueur,
10ml Vanilla Syrup,
50ml Cranberry Juice,
4 Blackberries.
Muddle the blackberries with the Vanilla syrup, and then add the other ingredients and shake with ice;
Strain into a tall glass filled with crushed ice; Garnish with a Lemon slice and a Blackberry.
Young Chevalier.
35ml Drambuie,
15ml Peach Liqueur,
20ml Fresh Lemon Juice,
15ml Pistachio Syrup,
10ml Absinthe,
2 dashes of Angostura Bitters,
Eggwhite.
Shake with ice, and then strain into a chilled cocktail glass; Garnish with a Star Anise.
French Rock 'n' Roll
30ml La Fée Absinthe Parisienne
20ml Peach Liqueur
20ml Lemon Juice
15ml Pistachio Syrup
Dash of Angostura Bitters
Egg White
Shake with ice, and then strain into a chilled cocktail glass; Garnish with a Star Anise.
Easily Satisfied
10ml Angostura aromatic bitters
40ml Drambuie
25ml John D Taylor’s Velvet Falernum Syrup (non alcoholic)
10ml Lime Juice
Stir with ice and serve in a tumbler filled with cubed ice
Garnish with a wedge of lime and a sprig of mint
