Nuclear Daiquiri.
25ml Wray & Nephew Overproof White Rum,
25ml Green Chartreuse,
12.5ml Velvet Falernum,
25ml Fresh Lime Juice,
5ml Gomme Syrup (Optional).

Shake with ice, and then strain into chilled cocktail glass; No garnish.


Jazz Negroni.

25ml Jaegermeister,
25ml Gin,
25ml Dubonnet,
2 dashes of Orange Bitters.

Stir with ice, and then strain into an ice-filled whisky glass; Garnish with a slice of Orange.


Sonny Rollins Collins.

25ml Plymouth Gin,
25ml Sloe Gin,
25ml Fresh Lemon Juice,
10ml Gomme Syrup,
Rose Champagne,
5ml Creme de Mure.

Shake with ice, and then strain over ice in a sling glass; Top with Rose Champagne;
Float the Creme de Mure; Garnish with a Blackberry and a Lemon Twist, and a sprinkle of icing sugar.


A Love Supreme.

50ml Goslings Black Seal Dark Rum,
10ml Creme de Figue (Fig Liqueur),
10ml Cherry Marnier,
25ml Punt E Mes,
2 dashes of Angostura Bitters.
Stir with ice, and then strain into a chilled cocktail glass; Garnish with an Orange Twist.


Monkey Lover.

50ml Monkey Shoulder Scottish Whisky,
10ml Mozart Dark Chocolate Liqueur,
10ml Maraschino,
25ml Punt e Mes.

Stir with ice, and then strain into a chilled cocktail glass; Garnish with an Orange Twist.



Feather Duster Crusta.

35ml Calvados,
12.5ml Maraschino,
15ml Grapefruit Juice,
12.5ml Fresh lemon juice,
5ml Passionfruit syrup,
5ml Grenadine syrup,
2dashes of Peychaud’s bitters.

Shake with ice, and then strain into a chilled cocktail glass, which has had the lip of the glass dipped in sugar.
