The CSA respects residents fondness for their pets and welcomes pets. In fairness to all homeowners, though, pet owners respectfully are asked to observe the following rules:
- Pets must have a valid county license and current inoculations.
- Pet must be leashed whenever exercised on the streets or within common areas of the community. When pets are exercised in public areas, Talbot County law requires that pets be restrained.
- Pets must not be allowed to void in common landscaped areas along walkway systems or the fitness trail. Pets should utilize either their owners' lot or wooded areas way from residences and be exercised so as to avoid concentrating wastes in one area.
- Owners must be responsible at all times for the safety and conduct of their pets.
- Remedying any inconvenience, damage or unpleasantness caused by pets shall be the responsibility of the pet owner.
- Pets deemed to be a nuisance by the Board of Directors may be required to be removed from the community.
