Any terrace or wooden deck which owners either have now or might add in the future to their residences is an important part of the aesthetic appearance to the community. CSA officers, feeling certain that all residents will want to cooperate in maintaining attractive terraces and decks, request observances of the following rules:

• Nothing may be hung over terrace or deck rails.
• Please do not use deck or terrace as laundry drying area.
• Hanging or potted plants on your home could cause damage both to plants and glass window areas if plants are poorly positioned.
