To assist in maintaining architectural harmony of exterior building appearance, all window treatments exposed to public view should be white, oyster, cream, or a natural wood color.

To assist in maintaining architectural harmony of exterior building appearance, all draperies installed by owners must be lined with a white, oyster or cream color fabric where exposed to public view. Mini-blinds should be purchased which have one side of a white, or oyster or cream color which can be exposed to the street.
