Whereas resident use of porch furniture is subject to approval by the Back Creek Landing Community Service Association (CSA) Environmental Preservation Committee (EPCOM) and
Whereas the EPCOM and Community Service Association Board of Directors regard the use and placement of outdoor furniture on decks and porches as being consistent with residential use and
Whereas the EPCOM desires to facilitate the process of use of outdoor furniture by residents,
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that outdoor deck and porch furniture are approved, without necessity of formal submittal to the EPCOM, so long as such furniture conforms to the following guideline:
Intended Use
The furniture design is such that it is intended, suitable and appropriate for outdoor use as to finish, construction, durability and maintenance.
Specifically excluded from approval under this "standing approval" is upholstered furniture or other furniture designed primarily for indoor use.
