Out of consideration for the privacy, comfort and convenience of one's neighbors, no owner or occupant should make or permit any noises disturbing to others to be made on the premises by himself, his family, friends, invitees or employees.

No work in the nature of construction repair, installation or modification that is accompanied by noise audible to other residents shall be scheduled or permitted to be performed except between the hours of 8:00 am and 6:00 pm.

No owner or occupant should play or allow to be played, any musical instrument, radio, TV, etc. between the hours of 11:00 pm and the following 8:00 am if such noises shall disturb or annoy any other owners or occupants of Back Creek Landing.
