See the Annual Town Reports - they usually say - 'we are looking at all of our options' - then there is 1 sentence about how many positions have been cut - none of the cuts are mentioned in advance it seems
I dont think there has ever been a study done to look at cutting costs at Town Hall
2 lawyers - 2 treasurers - 2 assessors - 2 town managers - 2 comptrollers - (usually 1 is called a Deputy or Assistant) - they all make 100K per year (maybe)
DPW staff - town report always says 120 people - not sure if FinCom docs reflect that
