Present: Mr. Greeley, Chair, Mrs. Mahon, Vice Chair, Mr. Hurd, Ms. LaCourt and Ms. Rowe
Also present: Mr. Sullivan, Ms. Rice and Mrs. Krepelka
Mr. Greeley opened the meeting by stating that he had a wonderful trip to Nagaokakyo, Japan – Arlington’s Sister City and is truly grateful for the experience. There were welcoming ceremonies with the Mayor and Governor. There was a parade through the City of Nagaokakyo and a private tour of one of the Imperial Palaces. The Japanese people were very warm, polite
and wonderful.

Mrs. Mahon asked Mr. Regan to call the office with the name of the field engineer that will be on site everyday during the construction.
Mr. Hurd moved approval. SO VOTED (5-0)
3. Bond Approval: Symmes Borrowing Options
Stephen Gilligan, Treasurer
The Board voted unanimous to have Mr. Gilligan proceed with his recommendation to convert the tax-exempt Bond Anticipation Notes pertaining to the Symmes site project to General Obligation Bonds prior to the end of the calendar year, with the following conditions as recommended:
Said bond issue to have a final maturity no later than the FY2022,
be issued with a long first coupon, the debt schedule of principal and
interest structured as level debt, and to capitalize the current BAN interest
payment.
Mrs. Mahon moved approval. SO VOTED (5-0)
