CAMBRIDGE -- Breaking ranks with two police colleagues, an Arlington police officer testified yesterday that she helped a fellow officer suspected of being a peeping Tom leave the scene of his alleged crime, and then inadvertently helped another officer cover up the alleged offense.
The testimony of officer Jennifer McGurl came on the second day of the trial of Arlington police officer Richard Jenkins, 37, on charges of disorderly conduct, possession of a class D substance, and filing a false stolen motor vehicle report.
